But I have a question why I have not worked on Windows 10 or Windows8 ??

Right click on the application then go to properties, then compatibility, then scroll though the dropbox and click windows 8 then try again or run as admin. If those dont work make sure you have metroframe 4.5.2 installed on ur pc
