the cheats don't work after install the pkg. need some help with this

I install the game pkg file and I go onto the game but the game is normal no cheats have been activated

8 months later. That means your decrypted eboot.elf was not edited with the codes, or it was installed to the wrong folder on your PS3.

I installed the pkg via package manager - install package files - standard is that right or do I have to do it on multiman
my game id was 01144 can you make it for that ID?
