Good day Guys.
Just a note for all to benefit. This money cheat is awesome and works well too, a few notes before it worked correctly:

if you had an existing saved game / profile this will be overwritten
Also after completing the initial phases for Cop and Racer and restarting the game "Error saving" would appear on startup
I fixed this by deleting all NFSR Saved Data and Profile settings from Home Screen
Started the game again, completed the Cop and Racer Initial phase, purchased a tech / racer upgrade and all the money, etc was available.
Thanks again to the originator of this cheat pkg.
