Pls help on how to instal updates or patches via usb.
Put the update file on ur root of ur stick then simply plug in on ps3..
At xmb go to package install, then install it..

Thanks for the quick response. I obviously know how to download and move it onto a stick, then plug it into my PS3 console. You say at xmb that is where I am lost.

at xmb go to game icon then scroll down until u find "Package Manager".. Inside package manager select "Install Package Files"..
then select "Standard"..
U should find ur .pkg files there..
