It has the same stuff, except a few additions.
Threw in more stuff for the mercenaries combo timers and whatever timers, put in the code to press Select to toggle the mercenaries timer, removed the kill limit in mercenaries so you can keep killing until you decide to press select and reduce the timer to 5 seconds.

As for package creation, you could try learning it on your own. Looks like it's a pain even finding help on it though. Maybe these links might not be entirely worthless:

I used to have batch files with folders set up as an example with the files included to make a package on your own in the Artemis Database, I don't know if it's still in one of the archives but at some point I know I used Dead Space 3 or 2 for an example and did it with that. If it's still in the archives, that could help you too, you'd just need to change the game name stuff in the batch files.

Also, no, I'm not bothering with making eboots for the updated versions of the eboot. If you want those, do it yourself, I do disk version only unless the updates have no online to be ruined.
