Please note: You should approve a gig/job delivery only after ensuring that it meets your requirements. Before you approve a job, the Seller is responsible for your refund. After you approve the job, the refund is subjected to our refund policy as explained here.

This Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time.

I. REFUND POLICY

Full refund: If any Job gets canceled then we offer a 100% refund to the client.

In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues by submitting a support ticket.

A refund is made in the following circumstances:

1. If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch, or any other error;

2. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;

3. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.

In case of any disputes between Buyers and Sellers, you can always log-into your account and raise a dispute from within the Marketplace user-interface.

Abuse of our system: We reserve the right to ban the account of any user for any reason for example (but not limited to) in case we detect any abuse of our system, fraud with Buyers or Sellers, or any other activity that is not in accordance without terms and conditions.

II. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by raising a support ticket via our support system. You will find a link to this when you log-in to your account and on the top right, you can click on your name.

III. UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and we will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

IV. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

V. REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
