Basically the method here would be you need a PS3 GTA V account that has not been transfered to PS4, pay someone (or do it yourself) to get you a recovery on GTA V for money and stats and whatnot, then once that's done, sign into the same account on your PS4 and transfer your account from PS3-PS4 🙂
