Seems pretty vague, I think it should be redefined. So,
in a way this applies to both the suggestion box I guess
and just regular support.
Normally a Welcome back is awarded either being a member for a month or having 30 posts im not sure.

I figured most likely a month. 30 posts is a different trophy you can receive.
