Do you even know what vaping is O.o Yes there is pure tobacco flavored vaps, but Not everybody vapes that flavor, the liquid contains nicotine depending on which kind you buy.. that's why people resort to vaping because it doesnt contain the harmful chemicals that a normal Cig would have..

It depends on the vape type actually, there thc vape liquides, then there is Nicotine vape liquides, then there are vape liquides that have just the flavor, no thc nor nicotine.
