This is the dev Menu for uncharted 4 CUSA00918_00 1.00 & 1.32

Install the pkg within the Debug settings/Game/Package install

To Activate
Hold L3 + Touchpad Left or Right side
to open/close the menu

Please make sure you do not have any other update on as it will freeze your game

I used your link and also made a payload for the debug menu.
But curious on how you did the cht pkg for ps4 like this?

Doesn't work, my game is CUSA00918 as well. and freezes on launch
