On the very top of the screen, you see the bar in which your notifications, private messages, and profile show up. Well, going back up to the top of the page on long extended thread is really annoying and can take a while if you use the mouse wheel rather than the sidebar. I know there is a button that instantly sends you to the top, but I prefer just seeing the top bar no matter where I am. So I was hoping that you guys could make it so no matter how far you scroll down, you will always see the bar so I don't need to go to the top. It would be more efficient and save that little amount of time, new users may also see it as a very user-friendly addition.

If more people want this, I can add this functionality. It is already enabled on the premium style.

Why not just make it for everyone? It would make the site look much cleaner and more user-friendly.

Premium style is style completely differently, the navigation and header are all in one bar.
