If you originally created your account through the chatbox, it doesn't count as a profile creator. I had to make another account the exact same way. Purpose or bug? It should be a bug because a new user should be able to connect with the community immediately. i had a bit of troubling start but thanks to a certain member, I got on my feet.

What's the chat box? I am I thinking it's the Premium Lounge?

unfortunately its only a free shoutbox that just does what a basic chatbox does.
im sure in time we will have a shoutbox set up for standard members in the future
