Permissions for ALL modding forums and modded lobbies have now been revoked for guests.
Why not the PS3 one though?
Because In The PS3 One No One Can Take credit for any tools for example a cfw no one can take credit or steal it because when a person makes a cfw straight aways it either gets leaked or released
