Hmmm. I can see the merit in the idea, but I'm not sure.

It would have to be a retirement on an entirely mutual basis. No "shock" exits out of an argument

So what would happen in lets use my case i left mutually and speak to everyone here apart from you but was only here for a month :laugh:

So you're saying if they left on there own accord then they would get it, but if they got demoted for being a sh*t staff member then not?

I agree if that's what you're saying.

In essence yes. It would seem stupid to me to reward someone for that.

If they just don't have the time (i.e. mutual agreement) then maybe...
