It would be nice to the staff who had to step down for whatever reason. To show appriciation they get lifetime premium but its noted as Retired usergroup.

Sounds good to have a retired usergroup.
There would have to be rules to show who is eligible as a retired member, In my case i was moderator for a month and during that month it was still in beta mode basically so i don't think i should be put into that group if that's what you were getting at :swag:
Maybe the rules could be something along the lines of being in a staff role for over 5 months (Just a random time frame i chose)

I get what you mean but you was staff ''dev'' for whilst the site was growing, upto Glitchy or Dubbed though I suppose.

It's a little early for staff to retire don't 'ya think? But it's good to have everything in order. Lifetime premium when retired does sound like a good idea, I vote yes for this suggestion.
