I think that the website should implement a system where if a user is banned they are sent an email containing; why they are banned and when they will be unbanned. As well as a feature where they can see warning points to prevent bans as well all know that most people don't like getting banned from the website.

They already do get an email stating why they were banned - its if the person banning them chooses to give a reason or not.
They should also be able to see their own warning points, can they not?

The can see their own warning points on their profile page, and comments from the staff member on why the infraction was appointed.
