i have now uploaded SPRX files for Quiet, Skulls and Sahelanthropus Cheats for both BLES and BLUS for MGSV: The Phantom Pain
i also have now included new cheats on BLUS eboot like
Instant Free Development (Offline Only Development)
Instant Free Construction
Soldier One Hit Sleep/Stun
Soldier Never Wake Up
eboot marked as *New* inside dl link

ok i just decrypted your mgo.self file and opened it up in hex editor and i notice when i was searching for the offset cheats they were not the same original code as the USA Disc version of the game so unfortunately these offset codes do not work for USA Digital Download game version, so i cant mod this version of the game, your only option is to convert your Digital Download game to disc version of the game by just replacing files such as your original PARAM.SFO, EBOOT.BIN, and adding new files and changing your game directory folder name, all of the files and instructions i can provide and help you with if your willing too?

what did u need help with? to convert psn game version to disc game version?
