i don't think my ps3 port is broke i think problem with firmware.
Then i'm afraid you have to flash your PS3 again, and I mean with downgrade kit like E3 flasher.

if my ps3 port broke i can go to firmware rebug and i see it but now i can't go to firmware just only safe mode and i can't press PS button ?

If you can go to safe mode then I suspect it's not a firmware issue.
Wait for others to see if they can help, I don't have much experience in this field.
