Boot the ps4 up, check system information for your ip address (this can change if you have to reset your router) clear cookies and website data from browser settings, launch original only, load up the trainer from ps4trainer.com, type in the ip and select your Orbis OS PS4 firmware version and click send payload, if you see an error close the trainer and reopen whilst still on the awaiting payload screen
