Good ol' news for the PS4 Mods and Cheats section once again guys. So it has been said and released that PS4 Modders fx0day and eXtreme have been playing around with the XMB Entries for a bit. They have found a Database, and could edit some files in the DB. This has been done on the 1.76 Firmware. Here's a video demo, and some screenshots of the PoC PS4 Custom Home Menu:
