Here is my Tool for Borderlands Pre-Sequel 1.03 with moddable badass stats. Tested on BLUS. This tool works offline and online when you are host. This tool was developed by Cain532 and I. Without him I would just have offsets and a crappy looking tool lol.

this was one of my first tools. I found a lot of the offsets and wrote the ppc while Cain532 coded the c#...we both have come a long way since then.
