No capitals are working in premium theme shoutbox & a not very visible edit/delete button

I am using the premium theme shoutbox and there's no capitals working. Bot said you could fix this Zero

Also, them premium theme's edit/delete button is not very visible.

Y'all should make it a bit brighter.

I'll look into it, there shouldn't be any code dissallowing caps.

The arrow is part of a sprite sheet, I need to edit it or replace the sprite with another image or fonticon

Caps lock has been fixed, will work on the mod controls arrow this weekend.
