When some one pops up on the member of the month how will we be notified on who it is?? i suggest to put it in the sub headings near home - forums - donate- stream - members - Hall of fame - Faq or it goes into the Featured threads on the home news???

This would be easiest served with a notice. It would have to be activated by an administrator every time someone is selected
