So sorry for the late reply 🙁 I'm pretty sure it was coded with CCAPI 2.60, so make sure you have that version installed. I'll have GamePwnzer take a look as well because I'm without internet at the moment...
I already have CCAPI 2.60.. I can connect every tool but not this one and also i'm not the only one who has this problem. I tried putting CCAPI.dll in root folder and every place and nothing worked. Sent me Mafia2.ncl if you have it and that way this will work for me on netcheat

So I took a look into the RTM tool and found out that they made it with CCAPI 2.5 and so if you want to use this you must install CCAPI 2.5 and copy the CCAPI.dll from the install to the root folder of the Mafia 2 rtm tool and then it should work for you. GOOD LUCK!
