Lots of Ideas (please take notice)

I'm thinking of having a custom made add-on. Allowing premium members to pick a colour of there choice. And also there user title.

I do agree we need some sort of sytem for standard members. Something for them to work for.

I agree that colours do make staff stand out, however I think that is also a legacy from Vbulletin where the staff uaergroups were not always too easy to distinguish from others.

Xenforo however has a big STAFF banner, technically it shouldn't make a difference who in staff you contact - they should all be able to resolve your query somehow even if it is passing the buck.
