More than one under a profile looks unprofessional. We may have two user groups for retired staff but that is when the user groups are created.

Oh... that's what you meant. Yeah we only allow to have like one or two allowed at one time. All staff members have free premium for obvious reasons, so there is no need to represent them as premium users. We have Mod and Admin banners placed appropriately where they are due as well in each position of staff for each member. For donator, and things alike, we have medals to represent that. Although those medals are currently disabled for whatever reason.
