So this is pretty old and shouldn't be saturated since I came up with this myself and only released it on one other forum and not many people looked at it. I no longer have proof since I deleted it from my photobucket but I guarantee if you do it right, it will work.
Hey guys, So I'm gonna type this since PDF is acting stupid. So you can SE multiple Olive Gardens around your city and not even in your city. So what you want to do is Google Olive Gardens around your area, get the address(s) and put them down in a notepad. Go to https://www.olivegarden.com/contact-us
And e-mail them, Complain like no other. When you contact to complain they will ask you for the olive garden location, etc. That's when the notepad comes in, put down the address or what ever it asks for. You can use your own phone number and address (I did) and the manager from the Olive Garden may or may not call you, If he does, you'll probably get more compensation. Now complain, I like to use "I was out with my family and when we first got there the service was shi**y. So having the benefit of the doubt, we continued on. They sat us down, when we got the bread sticks and they were hard and cold. I sent them back and they brought out more, still cold and hard. So we didn't bother with the bread sticks, so when we ordered, it took about an hour and a half for us to get our food. By the time the food got there, it was cold. So I sent it back, they brought out another plate and it didn't taste right. It tasted almost fake. So I complained to the employee (I do not remember his name) and he rolled his eyes at me and wouldn't get the manager. So I left. It's pretty Shi**y how i'm treated that way in front of my whole family. For my mothers birthday who turned 75 today. This is ridiculous, do all the employees treat their customers like this? If so, i'm never stepping foot in another Olive Garden. I paid almost $200 on some crappy service and some cold food. Also, my kid is now sick. This is ridiculous." so after sending that, you should receive an e-mail from Olive Garden with their apology and they may say the manager of the Olive Garden will contact you. Bend his or her ear, You'll get compensation if the Olive Garden service has not mentioned they will send a gift card for your troubles. If they do not mention it in the first e-mail, E-mail them back saying "So i'm not going to get any compensation for what has happened?". With restaurants it's all about bending their ear. Sometimes you gotta be nice, sometimes you gotta be mean. If it doesn't work with the first Olive Garden rep, re-do it. I got it on my first try. They may ask for a receipt, Say you never got one or you threw it away since it was 4 days ago.
