I think we should have this for people that want to be featured in the homepage.

At the moment anyone can be featured on the homepage but i do like the sound of having a dedicated forum/Sub-forum for people to submit articles (y)

No need for a dedicated page. Sections called Video Game News, World News, etc are there for people to write. If they are Homepage material, we will feature it.
