Guests can view the Speak to Staff forum

I dont know if you know this, but guests can view the Speak to Staff forum.

Viewing Other People's Posts?
Or Just Access To It In General?

Yes they can see the section but they can't see the content, threads are only visible to the poster itself and the site general supervision (Admins, Deputies and General Moderators).
