is it just me or does the mechanic not show the list of cars in the garage...

I'm new to this whole modding thing so can anyone tell me what I need to do this?

You will need the following:
1.) jailbroken ps3 including knowledge of what CFW you are running (CEX/DEX)
-with Multiman or similar
2.) A computer with the program Filezilla
3.) This Script Bypass
4.) script menus like dark horse and ap ii
-you can find assembled ones or make your own using liberty v
5.)a tutorial on youtube on how to use filezilla to connect to your ps3 and how to replace the update and eboot files.
6.)you will also need to learn how to try to protect your CID when modding. there are programs disguised as rtm tools or the like that also steal your CID which is what PSN uses to ban you, there are ones you can buy, but not very wise to mess up a lot and need them.

use the big ghost menu and it should work
