1. Have a mic and speak English Only.
2. Social Club Account and Visible to Crew Mates [Mandatory]
3. Respect towards your Commanding Officer [Zero Tolerance for those who Do Not Follow the Rules]
4. Everyone must have a Clean Police Uniform Outfit [Nothing attached to your Uniform....etc No Mask or invisible arms]
5. Must Have Skype
6. Must Have Garage Bypass
