Hay !!
1) Go to the stripe club
2) wait out side put a mask on you would like to put the helmet with
3) then go inside you should see the mask disappear
4) Now go to the interaction menu and click the accessories go on helmets and pick one
5) after you did walk out you should see that your wearing a mask and a helmet
