Because I can't answer that. It depends on the game banning algorithm.

To clear this up.

Destiny has a very high ban risk.with or without mods, i don't know one person yet that has survived destiny bans.
So if you want to play destiny to play then don't use CFW.
if your fine with being banned and knowing you will be then feel free to mod/ use CFW. at the end of the day you will get a ban.
no matter what without an anti ban we cant stop it.

i think the best method to prevent ban is the same method as COD games, But this is just my opinion of course doesn't hurt to try or put it out there

STEP 4. GO IN " OFW MODE " WITH CONSOLE CONTROL AS WELL

STEP 5. LOAD DESTINY " OFFLINE "

STEP 6. NOW SIGN IN THROUGH XMB [ PSN BUTTON ]
