Whats up Gamerz, so I did this a while back and posted a tut and I was asked by a few people for help so I decided to post this and redirect all users who ask me about how to do it to this post.

1.) Have GTAV BLUS on you ps3, so if you have the Disc you must save the game to your ps3
(yeah you wasted money on a disc copy of the game if you bought it)
2.) Open FileZilla and connect to your ps3, you are only going to change 3 files & the name of the game
3.) Download these files required to change region here
4.) Replace those files in the GTAV game through FileZilla
"hdd0 > GAMES or GAMEZ > [GTAV]"
5.) Change Region on GTAV Game from "BLUS31156" to "BLES01807"
6.) Refresh Multiman (or whatever homebrew you are using) and start the game up, it will install updates and game again
And Your Done !!
