I doubt it's as simple as getting a new eboot. It could be a similar issue with compatibility. Try this;
Open Rebug Toolbox and change XMB mode to Retail, turn off Cobra mode. exit Rebug Toolbox and it should restart you. Then, be suure to uninistall CCAPI if it's already installed. Try to run the game after all of that.
