I am primarily using the google translator ; I download this program but I can not open it on my windows computer 8.1 - simply does not open ; I even running as administrator - the black screen program does not open , someone help me with this , I will be very grateful.

We all help, we just didn't see the thread. I suggest you all try this, it's seemed to work for a few people. How To Fix Tools Not Opening On Windows 10 (or lower)
Also, if that doesn't work make sure you disable any anti-virus. If issue still persists, try accessing it in Safe Mode. Hmu if you guys need anything else.
