Yes, you read that right. This African male baby was born with 8 limbs. Paul Mukisa has two extra legs and two extra arms. Doctors say he is the first of his kind where they treated him too. They also said that the cause of this extra limb condition was because of his twin never being fully grown, thus Paul took on the "extra body". Even his heart and liver were on the opposite sides of his body as a result. On August 18th, around three months after his birth on May 27th, Paul Mukisa went under surgery for the removal of the extra limbs. None of the surgeons at the facility had done a procedure like this before, but the surgery went well nonetheless. Paul will be able to live a normal life with minuscule to moderate reconstruction surgeries throughout his life.

Well it is only the deformed body of the second child, not the mind or any human existence features of the body. Conjoined twins as you sound like you are referring to is more common than what we have here.
