This happens, cause of the following:
1. The file being uploaded is larger than what is set as a limit
2. The file is longer than 30 seconds
3. The resolution of the file is too large.

Another thing.Can we change these
1. The file being uploaded is larger than what is set as a limit
and
3. The resolution of the file is too large
Can we change the file size to be bigger and the resolution can be any size.

I can't make the resolution bigger as it will take up to much bandwidth
I made the file limit 3 megabytes. no less no more.
