I think that there should either be a automatic resize code inside the shoutbox for images or add a rule that the images must be retained to a certain size so the image does not clutter the shoutbox.

The shout box is a separate entity inside the site, I've no idea if automatic resize is possible.
I think we all know what creating a rule would result in.

It already resizes them a little, but if the hight is longer than width, then it doesn't resize...
