just a suggestion for some sort chart so we can see how much a month we need to get to keep the site up an running it will make things easer so we no where we stand just a small goal image

May work, but it could potentially show we're needy and I don't think we want to seem that way.

I would have to agree with CallummL here. It would make it looks as if the site is on a countdown on shutting down.
Although I like the idea in a different context. Will look into it.
