Download and install .Net framework 4.5 or above and CCAPI or TMAPI with the appropriate version of the tool. Then run it as an administrator.

Hi Cyb3r, the problem of your mod I solved it!
in practice, I had 4.7.1 netframwork installed without installing previous updates ...!
that's why your mod did not work ...!
so I had to uninstall the 4.7.1 and reinstall "one by one" all the updates starting from 4.5 ...!
P.S. The "important" thing is that Windows-Update is configured in "USER mode" (Check for updates but allow the user which ones to install)
and NOT in "Automatic" mode (Install Automatic Updates),
because in automatic mode the 4.7.1 would be installed and the other updates of the 4.5 (1/2) and 4.6 (1/2) ... will NOT be installed ...!
I know it's obvious for you to configure windows-update ...! but for other less experienced users I have it ....!
