Ahh!! This is the one that I was talking about. I thought it was made into the other tool. Thank you again Cyb3r!! I was playing it for a little bit :3 brought back memories.

Does the TLOU RTM.exe file require a newer version / 64 bit version of Windows to run? When trying to open the file in Win XP, I get a "not a valid Win32 application"

What .net Framework do you have installed?

Most tools won't work with XP because .net framework 4.0 is not supported anymore, but no worries I just made a version which supports 4.0 you can find it in the downloads. Enjoy. 😉
