Download the PKG file to put in the root of your usb.

Is there any way that I can get the link without using social media, since i don't use any of that stuff? I'm trying to install the update via PS3 console but I'm getting errors (80710736). I would like to try updating using a flash drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
