Does it work with OFW no jailbreak with following steps?

1. Extraction only BLES02093 with pkgView
2. Patch&Go Pkg & Backup with PeXploit Lite
3. Reload changed Backup

and now?
Everything ist the same.
How does it work for Akkumo? New Game or can I continue the running game (Chapter 6)?
