Eboot is installed correctly but no mods are enabled

No game effects means you either copied an unmodified eboot into the correct location or you copied the eboot to the wrong location. There's not much of anything in between, it's 1 or the other.

I got it to work eventually the problem was that it needs to be uploaded to a different location than the one posted.
