Problem while goes on stand by 5.0.7

Hi guys, i'm having a issue with ps4, every time goes on rest mode ''doesn't come back''..
i have to unplug and plug the power, then if i go on to jb again it switches off by his self..i have to switch off and an again then jb and all works fine.
once i lost save data but nothing important as the console have just 2 days..

My question is, do i have to be concern about the console as it could be faulty from factory or the jb could be not so compatible?!?
new on ps4 jb so anything would help

Right, thanks, I ll try tomorrow, but I think is all about the playload..

is normal that i can only inject from the support page and not from the browser?
i can go online after as google youtube and so on

now didn't go on standby as i block all, but i've lost save data(god of war!!!)
