To DO This You Must Be Already On A CFW Or 3.55 OFW
1.Download Rebug 4.65.2 From Their Official Site
PS3UPDAT.PUP And Make A Folder Called "PS3" On A USB Stick And In That Folder A New Folder Called "UPDATE" And Copy The PS3UPDAT.PUP In There So It Should Look Like "Select + Start" To Continue and Follow Screen Instructions
5.After Installation Your PS3 Should Boot Up Now Go To
"Install Package Files" > "System HDD" And Install "Rebug Toolbox"
6.Run Rebug Toolbox Scroll Until You See "Toggle QA Flag" And Make Sure You Enable It
7.Download,Put On USB Stick And Install This Through
"Install Package Files"IDPSet v0.84 by zar - PS3 Brewology - PS3 PSP WII XBOX - Homebrew News, Saved Games, Downloads, and More!
8.After You Install It,It Should Pop Up On XMB Then Run It
4.After You Open It Scroll And Press "X" On "Dump eid_root_key" Let It Finsih,After That Press "X" On "Make CEX & DEX Dumps" Let It Finish And Finally Press "X" On "Convert to DEX",Ps3 Should Restart And In RebugToolBox When You Press System Info It Should Say That You Are On DEX
5.You Are Done 🙂 (For Future CFW You Must Use DEX CFWs Not CEX)
