Trying to mod SELF file

Hello.
I'm trying to mod Tomb Raider Anniversary BLES01195 v01.00 av01.01
I know how to mod EBOOOT, but here the games are using SELF files. I tried to edit the SELF file>>game crash
I tried to decrypt the SELF file with TrueAncestor_SELF_Resigner_v1.98 and edit the ELF file, bit i can't find how to resign it from ELF to SELF.
Or i'm doing something wrong?

did you use option 4 in trueancestor to extract the .ELF?

what option did you use to re-Sign it to a .SELF?
