Something, no show error message.
EDIT: I got, I checked chrome development tools to this site show error hidden, there.
The contents of the uploaded image do not match the file's extension.
JPG doesn't support? It is just small my pixel is 80x80.

I fixed, I converted .JPG to .PNG should work. I think JPG doesn't work on avatar file upload.
Maybe you removed a JPG from "Attachments".
